Job summary

M.TECH HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting activities and monthly regional close in a dynamic regional setup.

You will liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers while ensuring internal controls and policy compliance. The ideal candidate has a diploma in accountancy, at least 2 years of accounting experience, and proficiency in NetSuite, Excel and Word. Independent yet collaborative, you will support regional finance functions and statutory

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications.
• Applicants with minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• ERP system NetSuite knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Has positive attitudes and able to work independently in a team.
• Good attention to details, good time management and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Finance and Accounting functions.
• Handle daily full spectrum of accounts.
• Responsible for monthly regional accounts closing.
• Check payments prepared by regional team.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies.
• Prepare annual financial statements and review regional tax filings.
• Reports to Accountant and Regional Finance Manager.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to external audit, tax submissions and bank related matters.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.
