Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accountant to manage the full set of accounts in our Singapore office, with knowledge of both Malaysia and Singapore accounting standards.

You will prepare accounting schedules, assist on yearly audits, manage inter-company billing, and support month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls.

Diploma in Accounting with 2–3 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting is required.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts as part of daily responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Malaysia and Singapore accounting standards and practices.
• Preparation of accounting schedules for reporting and audit.
• Assist on yearly audit processes and coordinating with auditors.
• Assist on inter-company billing and ensure accurate intercompany transactions.
• Control and manages end-to-end financial processes including collections, payments, monthly close, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ensure accounting systems, controls, and procedures comply with company policy.
• Establish internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting.
• Ensure all accounting records are updated and reconciled in the system.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, legal teams, and bankers.
• Assist on ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
