Job summary

JEP Precision Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage a full set of accounts in line with local accounting standards and company policy.

You will handle costing, GST submissions, statutory accounts, and coordinate with external auditors, ensuring accurate, timely recording of financial transactions and supporting year-end activities.

The role requires attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive approach to learn and grow within a small finance team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient with accounting software; Epicor or AutoCount is an advantage.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full set of accounts in line with standards and policies.
• Handle costing, cost analysis by product and customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Handle quarterly GST submissions and tax compliance.
• Assist with yearly statutory accounts and budgeting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support year-end stock take.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
