Job description

• Position: Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)
• Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay, Serangoon)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,900 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Marine (fabrication) - MNC

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Invoice Register and Process of invoices
• Process supplier batch payment / ad-hoc supplier payment
• Perform supplier balance reconciliation
• Prepare of accrual listing for month end closing
• Perform AP month end closing
• Check import/export permits, including prepare monthly MES declaration summary report
• Assist in annual audit (related to own scope)
• Filing of documents on timely basis

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin business associates
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
