INPACE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an organized accounting professional in Singapore to handle daily transactions and maintain precise records. The role covers payables, receivables, invoicing, and month-end close to support timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Accounting/Finance, 2–5 years of experience, and strong Excel and MYOB skills. Independent work and teamwork are valued in this busy environment.

Formación

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in MYOB accounting software.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Handle general accounting and administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
