Job summary

ACE DECISION FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage full‑set accounts, handle accounting and administrative tasks for MCST properties, and prepare GST schedules for quarterly lodgement.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting with 1 year of experience, strong attention to detail, and good interpersonal communication to support the Accounts Manager and ensure timely billings and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting required, with 1 year of experience in handling full set of accounts preferably with MCST.
• Able to meet deadlines of the portfolio's requirements.
• Meticulous, resourceful and motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out accounting and administrative functions for a group of MCST properties assigned.
