Job summary

MOTOR-WAY CREDIT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full-set accounting duties, including AP, AR, general ledger and intercompany transactions, ensuring timely and accurate entries.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years' experience; strong regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

• At least 3 years experiences in full set accounting; senior if more than 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle full range/ partial of accounting responsibilities, including overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivables, and general ledger functions.
• Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate recording of accounting entries.
• Perform proper intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
• Prepare the quarterly GST filing.
• Prepare required schedules / reports for yearly audit and tax purposes.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents or authorities as required.
• Preferred knowledge in preparing Consolidation Financial Statements.
• Assist in any ad hoc assignment and reporting if required.
