Zagro Singapore Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based company, is seeking an energetic Accounts Executive to join our finance team. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, assist in month-end closing, and generate management reports to support decision making.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/LCCI/CAT or equivalent in accounting, has at least 2 years of relevant experience, and is proficient with ACCPAC. Independent yet a good team player, meticulous and hands-on.

Qualifications

• Diploma/LCCI/CAT or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in ACCPAC Accounting Software is a must.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Hands-on working experience is a must.

Responsabilités

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Involve in month-end closing activities and management reporting.
• Handle various company accounts and related financial transactions for the Group.
• Maintain Company full set of accounts independently.
• Year-end reconciliation, prepare schedules and quarterly GST preparation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
