M.TECH HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage the daily full spectrum of accounts and assist with regional closings. You will ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies while supporting payments and financial reporting.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy with at least two years of accounting experience; NetSuite experience is preferred along with strong Excel and Word skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily full spectrum of accounts.
• Assist monthly regional accounts closing.
• Check payments prepared by regional team.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Prepare annual financial statements and review regional tax filings.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers.
• Support other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Finance and Accounting functions;
• Handle daily full spectrum of accounts;
• Responsible for monthly regional accounts closing;
• Check payments prepared by regional team;
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies;
• Prepare annual financial statements and review regional tax filings;
• Reports to Accountant and Regional Finance Manager;
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to external audit, tax submissions, statutory filings and bank related matters; and
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications. Applicants with minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• ERP system (NetSuite) knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Has positive attitudes and able to work independently in a team.
• Has good attention to details, good time management and able to meet deadlines.
