Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage end-to-end AP operations in a manufacturing setting. You will verify e-invoices, handle petty cash, staff expenses, and prepare AP reports and reconciliations.

The position requires a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and willingness to work OT during payroll periods. Salary is SGD 3,500–4,000 plus AWS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including e-invoice verification, petty cash management, and staff expense claims.
• Process payments through various payment modes.
• Prepare AP reports and perform intercompany, bank, and vendor reconciliations, as well as Balance Sheet schedules.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and reclassifications.
• Oversee GST reporting and manage Fixed Assets records and accounting activities.
• Assist with quarterly internal and external audits by preparing supporting documents.
