What You’ll Do

• Handle a full set of accounts for multiple clients across various industries.
• Prepare financial statements, GST reports, and tax filings (corporate & individual).
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements.
• Liaise directly with clients to gather accounting documents and resolve queries.
• Support statutory filings and ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory framework.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Corporate Secretarial, Tax, Audit) for client deliverables.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in accounting (experience in a CSP is a bonus).
• Good working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
• Confident in communication and passionate about helping businesses grow.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
