Responsibilities

  • Maintain & manage full sets of accounts.
  • Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Preparing monthly management reports.
  • Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegrahic transfer and GIRO on timely manner.
  • Handle Petty Cash.
  • Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
  • Issuing of sales invoices.
  • Filing of AIS.
  • Assist in yearly audit and tax computation.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents.
  • Ensure accounting deadlines are met.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
