Job summary

T&T GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented junior accountant to perform comprehensive accounting tasks including billing, posting entries, and supporting audits.

You will issue monthly and quarterly billings, prepare vouchers, manage receivables, and assist with year-end queries while maintaining accurate financial records. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

Responsibilities

• Issue monthly and quarterly billings and OPEX settlements to ensure timely revenue recognition
• Prepare receipt vouchers for incoming funds, refunds, and monthly journal voucher entries
• Update Accounts Receivable Aging Reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Update Balance Sheet schedules and coordinate with other divisions on unbilled items
• Retrieve quarterly SMF Reports and conduct variance analysis
• Retrieve dry dock and new building reports for final settlements
• Retrieve Cash Book and GST Report to support tax compliance
• Perform weekly posting of accounting entries to external software
• Assist in year-end audit queries and provide supporting documents to auditors
• Check MCAS and Manning Agencies' Disbursement Accounts to verify accuracy
• Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior to support department operations
