Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a one-year contract based role in Jurong East. Salary up to SGD 3,200 per month with standard working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Accrue 14 days of annual leave while handling accounting tasks and invoice preparation.

The role requires 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience and strong Excel with pivot tables. You will assist with LOA submissions, data updates, and monthly reporting using Globe3.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Good Excel skills and pivot table.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with managers on LOA submissions and update data in Excel.
• Calculate figures based on quotations/contracts and prepare invoices.
• Generate monthly sales reports from Globe3.
• Prepare PivotTables to track manager sales and submit reports to the Chief Operations Manager.
• Perform other basic accounting and administrative duties as required.
