Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, AP/AR, GST, and Singapore tax regulations.
• Experience with full sets of accounts is an advantage.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Familiar with XERO accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
• Manage AP/AR functions.
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accounting records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and GL balances.
• Process payments and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with GST submissions, corporate tax matters, and statutory reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
• Support year-end closing and audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
