Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our Marine Logistics team at Jurong East. This role offers a five-day work week with a basic salary ranging from $2,400 to $2,800.

The successful candidate will process emails, handle invoicing and payments, reconcile petty cash, and assist with AR/AP activities while maintaining accurate records. Training is provided, and familiarity with MS Office is desirable.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and functions.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process emails and manage invoicing documents (invoices and credit notes).
• Assist with Accounts Payable processing and daily payment preparation.
• Prepare payment vouchers and monthly bulk payments.
• Perform credit card and petty cash reconciliations.
• Data entry for AP transactions and journal entries.
• Maintain vendor invoices, credit notes, and supporting documents.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable invoice scanning and GST submission preparation.
• Maintain staff attendance, leave, medical claim records, and support Finance with ad-hoc duties.
