Job summary

FU YUAN INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS PTE. LIMITED, located in Singapore, seeks a finance-focused individual to support accounts payable, processing payments and maintaining records. The role offers exposure to procurement, logistics coordination and commercial development within the fashion-related supply chain in Singapore.

You will interact with HQ teams and external partners while learning daily accounting tasks in a fast-paced business environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy/Business or related discipline.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mother Tongue.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare online banking payment entries based on approved payments and invoices.
• Maintain payment records with proper audit trail and compliance.
• Interact with Headquarters and external parties including banks and suppliers.
• Assist with daily accounting and finance administrative work.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare online banking payment entries based on approved payment requests, invoices and supporting documents, ensuring payment details are accurate and properly matched.
• Maintain proper payment records, filing and supporting documentation to ensure a clear audit trail and compliance with internal finance procedures.
• Interact with colleagues from Headquarters (Operations, Sales & Marketing, Accounting etc) and external parties (Customers, Suppliers, banks etc).
• Assist with daily accounting and finance administrative work, such as data entry, account reconciliation support and preparation of payment or accounting schedules etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
