Job summary

Fu Yuan Group is seeking a diligent finance-support professional to handle payment entries, maintain records, and assist daily accounting tasks in Singapore. The role offers exposure to procurement, logistics coordination and commercial development within the fashion supply chain.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a diploma in Accountancy/Business and fluency in English and your mother tongue. Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and MS Office, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mother Tongue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare online banking payment entries based on approved payment requests and invoices.
• Maintain payment records with proper filing for audit trail.
• Coordinate with colleagues in HQ and external parties (customers, suppliers, banks).
• Assist with daily accounting and finance administrative tasks such as data entry and reconciliations.
• Take on any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
