Job summary

Beauty Language Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Accounts Assistant to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks.

You will reconcile ecommerce accounts, assist the Accounts Manager in preparing full sets of accounts and GST returns, prepare reports for auditors, ensure deadlines are met, and handle other general admin duties.

Qualifications

• Background in Accountancy or Diploma in Accountancy.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Responsible with good working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile ecommerce accounts and maintain ledgers.
• Assist Accounts Manager in preparing full sets of accounts.
• Assist with GST preparation and submissions.
• Prepare reports required by auditors.
