RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP is seeking an accounting assistant to manage AR/AP and produce routine financial statements in a Singapore-based role.

You will support month-end closing, reconcile bank and vendor accounts, and collaborate with the finance team to provide timely reports and cash-flow insights. A Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA partial is required, with 2–5 years of relevant experience. 5-day work week and benefits apply.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in AR/AP is highly desirable.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in Distribution/Retail/Ecommerce accounting is preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Prepare partial/full set of monthly accounts and related schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations.
• Handle bank and vendor reconciliations; intercompany transactions.
• Conduct credit reviews and manage AR aging with daily follow‑ups.
• Support month-end closing activities and period reports.
• Prepare vendor payments and assist in month-end journals.
