Job summary

ADVANCELAB (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to manage the full spectrum of payables and receivables. The role includes supporting the sales team on project purchasing and billing, and assisting with monthly and yearly closing.

You will verify employee claims, ensure data integrity in the system, and maintain orderly filing. The position also involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable responsibilities
• Support our Sales team on the project purchasing and billing
• Assist in the monthly and yearly closing of accounts
• Verify employee claims and sales commission
• Input accounting entries and ensure the integrity of data in the system
• Maintain a proper filing system to ensure files are recorded
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and any ad-hoc task as assigned
