Job summary

Centre South Accounting Consultancy Pte Ltd, is seeking a Junior Finance/Accounts Executive on a freelance basis with flexible hours. The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement within the company. Fresh graduates in Finance/Accountancy are invited to apply.

You will handle full sets of clients' accounts, support the Accounts Team, assist with corporate tax admin and employment pass admin, maintain records and filing systems, and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• O/A Level or Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Good PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual.
• Independent, meticulous and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of clients' accounts.
• Support Accounts Team.
• Handle corporate tax admin/employment pass admin.
• Maintenance of proper records and filing system.
• Support operations and general day-to-day administrative duties.
• Provide secretarial support to Team leader.
• Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
