Job summary

A professional accounting firm in Singapore is seeking a Bookkeeping Assistant. The role involves managing clients' accounts, preparing year-end filings, and assisting with tax computations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in accounting, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in bookkeeping transactions for partial or full sets of clients’ accounts.
  • Prepare management accounts and director statements for year‑end filing.
  • Assist in quarterly GST returns.
  • Assist in tax computations and Form C/CS for company income tax.
  • Assist with other filings, e.g., IR21, IR8A, GST registration.
  • Assist with ACRA filings.
