Job summary

MEND TCM Wellness Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting functions and ensure accurate records. You will handle AR/AP, bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and assist with month-end and year-end close.

The role requires attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. Working location is Northstar @ AMK, Singapore, with standard 9:00 AM–6:00 PM hours and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Perform accounting data entry and assist in quarterly GST submissions.
• Handle a partial set of accounts and maintain proper records.
• Assist with statutory and management reporting, including financial statements and tax computations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities as required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
