Job summary

MNC Construction Company is seeking an Accounts Clerk to support daily finance operations at Outram Park. The role offers a SGD 2,500–2,800 monthly salary, standard hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and an immediate start.

You will process accounts payable and receivable, perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, maintain accurate financial records and vendor files, assist with month-end and year-end closings, and provide general office support.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in accounting field.
• No experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, including entering invoices, issuing payments, and tracking collections.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records, receipts, and vendor files.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide general office and administrative support, such as data entry, answering queries, and organizing documents.
