Job summary

G-TECH METAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting support role in Singapore to manage accounts payable, assist accounts receivable updates, and coordinate with banks for trade applications. The position involves regular admin duties and collaboration with management.

The successful candidate will also help with GST submissions, year-end audit preparations, regulatory submissions (IRAS, MOM), and meeting arrangements. Training will be provided where needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (from input, cost control and budget)
• Assist. for Accounts Receivable update and analysis
• Communicates with Banks for trade applications and monitor ofdues of monthly banks reconciliation.
• assist. in quarterly GST submission after training
• assist. in yearly audit processes
• assist. in submission (IRAS, MOM, etc).
• daily administration support to Management & Team.
• Ordering of stationeries and miscellaneous.
• Attending to incoming calls. Assist. in preparation of preparing of meeting (weekly & monthly).
• Take note of Management's appointment and preparing of meeting area.
