Job summary

LSD Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced accounts professional to manage the full set of financial records and reporting. You will prepare AP/AR, close books, handle GST and financial reports, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payroll.

The role requires attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure. Long hours may be required to meet deadlines and assist in monthly and annual financial planning.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Certification in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of working experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office.
• Responsible and positive with 'can-do' attitude.
• Meticulous, independent and have integrity.
• Able to work efficiently and effective under high pressure.
• Willing to work long hours if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts (AP, AR, bank reconciliation).
• Close accounts and perform GST and financial reports.
• Work with marketing team to generate invoices and payroll.
• Manage cash flow and internal control.
• Liaise with different teams and clients to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Handle MOM and other government related submissions and matters.
• Monitor and ensure the workers' permits and certificates are valid and updated accordingly.
• Develop and improve data model.
• Analyse and evaluate foreign workers and clients issues and feedback to improve client satisfaction.
• Resolve workers complains (if required).
• Monitor, evaluate and update workers attendance.
• To handle feedback and complaint and update Management accordingly.
• To take corrective action and implement preventive measures when required.
• To assist in the preparation of monthly reports, annual capital and operating budgets and other relevant reports.
