EWP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Accounting Intern for a 4-month, part-time placement (3 days per week, 9:30am–6:30pm).

You will support the Finance Manager with core accounting tasks and gain hands-on exposure to transactions, reconciliations, and audit preparation. The role emphasizes precision and effective communication; Mandarin reading/writing is a plus to facilitate interactions with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Accounting,Finance, or a related field.
• Aptitude for numbers/mathematics andproficiencywith computers.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High levelof efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, self-driven.
• Able to read and write in Mandarin is a plus, tofacilitatecommunication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Downloadand filebatchesof receipt and perform data entry for accounting transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Assistin the preparation of unaudited financial statements.
• Assistin the invoice issuance.
• Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the finance team as needed.
