Job summary

RR Recruiter PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory Accountant in Singapore to manage monthly inventory closings and reconcile stock between WMS and ERP. The role requires 3+ years in inventory accounting or auditing, familiarity with US GAAP, and the ability to work US hours with potential travel to the US.

You will prepare aging, variances, and GIT reports while supporting forecasting, costing, and valuation. Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP/Oracle and WMS are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory accounting or audit.
• Willing to work US hours and travel to the US as needed.
• Knowledge of inventory processes, costing, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/Oracle) and WMS.
• Strong Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with accounting standards (e.g. US GAAP).
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
