Job summary

Recruit Expert in Singapore is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to manage general ledger, month-end close, and statutory reporting. You will prepare schedules and management reports for internal and regional needs, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include GST and corporate tax filings, audits support, fixed asset work, and SAP-driven process improvements to enhance controls and reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• ACCA, CA or CPA required.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in an MNC manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, statutory reporting and month-end closing; SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with audits, government grants and EDB claims; documentation and reconciliations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial schedules, management reports and supporting documentation for internal and regional reporting requirements.
• Oversee statutory and tax compliance, including GST and Corporate Income Tax filings, while supporting internal and external audits.
• Administer fixed asset accounting and coordinate documentation, reconciliations and audit requirements for EDB grant claims.
• Support SAP-related accounting activities, digitalisation projects and improvements to financial processes, controls and reporting workflows.

Requirements:

• ACCA, CA or CPA
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience within an MNC manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, statutory reporting and month-end closing, with hands-on experience in ERP systems – SAP, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits, government grant administration and EDB claims, including preparation of relevant documentation and reconciliations.

Salary: $4,500 to $6,000
