Job summary

Manitowoc is seeking a seasoned finance professional to manage month-end closing, reporting, and statutory duties. The role oversees Korea finance operations and anchors forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls within a regional team.

Applicants should hold a CPA, a Diploma in Accounting & Finance, and be proficient in SAP, Excel, and Copilot. Experience with Oracle FCC is a plus, and mentoring junior staff in Korea is expected.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is mandatory.
• Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
• Ability to coach and guide junior staff in Korea.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Handle statutory reporting (audit, tax, corporate secretarial, surveys).
• Responsible for forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Oversee Korea finance operations.
• Manage fixed assets, lease accounting, intercompany transactions, and internal controls.

• Handle statutory reporting (audit, tax, corporate secretarial, surveys)
• Responsible for forecasting and budgeting processes
• Oversee Korea finance operations
• Manage fixed assets, lease accounting, intercompany transactions, and internal controls
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned

• Diploma holder in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years working experience in audit, tax, and accounting
• CPA qualification (mandatory)
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Copilot
• Experience with Oracle FCC is an advantage
• Ability to coach and guide junior staff in Korea
