Job summary

LX_INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to oversee finance, accounting and admin operations across the company, including banking, payroll, budgeting and information technology.

The role will coordinate with HQ in Korea and a network of affiliates to ensure compliance, strong governance and ethical business practices. You will lead financial planning and analysis, forecasting, cash flow management and the preparation of timely reports to top management in

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), influencing and presentation skills.
• Korean language proficiency preferred for reporting to Korea top management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Possess Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Highly motivated with a good business sense and commercial acumen
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), influencing and presentation skills.
• Candidate required to make and present reports to the top management in Korea which normally will be conducted in Korean. Therefore, a high level of proficiency in Korean language is highly preferred.
