Job summary

Guangdong Import & Export Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a customer-focused Account Manager to be the primary contact for existing accounts, processing inquiries, orders, and feedback and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.

Office is at Jurong (Toh Guan).

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates.
• Prior working experience in food supplies industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle and process all enquiries, orders, requests, and feedback from existing customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment, delivery, and service support.
• Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and product quality concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities for account growth by analysing and understanding customer business needs and purchasing trends.
• Work closely with customers to identify factors contributing to any drop in business performance and recommend solutions/develop appropriate follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information in system.

We are a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, supplying quality food to local retail shops and to the F&B industry.
