Job summary

ANGLO-EASTERN SHIPMANAGEMENT (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Accounts professional to manage the full set of vessel accounts for a growing fleet. You will handle PO accruals, portage, OPEX reporting, and respond to owners’ queries while ensuring timely, compliant reporting.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in vessel accounting, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to independently oversee a portfolio of eight vessels.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Faculty.
• Minimum 1 year of full set of accounts experience; vessel accounting experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of vessel accounts, including PO accruals, portage bill, OPEX reporting and related accounting matters.
• Generate financial reports and ensure timely submission in accordance with owners’ requirements.
• Respond to vessel owners’ queries and follow up on accounting matters where required.
• Prepare working fund requests and perform calculations for deficit/surplus working fund.
• Complete vessel accounts in compliance with owners’ requirements and within the required timeline.
• Independently manage a portfolio of at least eight vessels.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
