Job summary

ANGLO-EASTERN SHIPMANAGEMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented accounts professional to handle the full set of vessel accounts, including accruals, portage bills, OPEX reporting and related matters.

You will generate financial reports, respond to vessel owners’ queries, prepare working fund requests, and ensure timely completion of accounts for seven vessels, with rigorous timelines and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full set of accounts experience, vessel accounting is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of vessel accounts, including PO accruals, portage bills, OPEX reporting and related accounting matters.
• Generate financial reports and ensure timely submission in accordance with owners’ requirements.
• Respond to vessel owners’ queries and follow up on accounting matters where required.
• Prepare working fund requests and perform calculations for deficit / surplus working fund.
• Complete vessel accounts in compliance with owners’ requirements and within the required timeline.
• Independently manage a portfolio of at least seven vessels.
