Job summary

Anglo-Eastern is a global leader in ship management solutions, recruiting for a vessel accounts role in Singapore. You will handle full set of vessel accounts, prepare reports, respond to owners, and manage a portfolio of eight vessels while meeting tight timelines.

The position requires a degree or diploma in accounting or business and at least one year of full-set accounts experience; knowledge of MS Office is essential. This role offers growth within a truly global network.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Faculty.
• Minimum 1 year of full set of accounts experience; vessel accounting experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of vessel accounts, including PO accruals, portage bill, OPEX reporting and related accounting matters.
• Generate financial reports and ensure timely submission in accordance with owners' requirements.
• Respond to vessel owners' queries and follow up on accounting matters where required.
• Prepare working fund requests and perform calculations for deficit/surplus working fund.
• Complete vessel accounts in compliance with owners' requirements and within the required timeline.
• Independently manage a portfolio of at least eight vessels.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
