GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven account management professional to lead campaigns, manage client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams across entertainment, media, luxury and lifestyle brands in Singapore.

You will drive strategic planning, budgets, and initiatives, while delivering high-quality PR and integrated marketing solutions for multiple markets in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in account management, public relations, talent management, or related fields.
• Independent work style with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication and business writing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness balancing client objectives, budgets and outcomes.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Experience in agency environments is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through strategic planning, commercial awareness, and effective project execution.
• Lead and manage campaigns, product launches, media events, celebrity partnerships, regional activations, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage media representatives, talent agencies, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Understand client objectives, budgets, and business priorities to recommend solutions that create value and achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage celebrity public relations activities, including media engagements, interview coordination, and press events.
• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, media representatives, and talent teams across different markets and stakeholder groups.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum across multiple concurrent assignments.
• Adapt effectively to changing priorities, tight timelines, and evolving project requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in account management, public relations, talent management, integrated marketing, advertising, entertainment, communications, events, or related fields.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong business writing capabilities.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity, client objectives, budgets, and business outcomes.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable managing evolving priorities and challenges.
• Demonstrated interest in entertainment, media, celebrity relations, and regional marketing trends.
• Experience within a public relations, communications, advertising, marketing, entertainment, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or talent management agency environment is an added advantage.
