Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled professional in Singapore to manage key client accounts and lead integrated marketing campaigns. You will coordinate projects from product launches to media events, working with media, talent managers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution.

Applicants should have 4–6 years in account management or related fields, with a background in PR, advertising, or luxury lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Lead campaigns and projects from launches to events and partnerships.
• Manage media, talent representatives, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Understand client objectives, budgets, and priorities and propose value-driven solutions.
• Oversee celebrity PR initiatives, media engagements, interviews, and press events.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships through collaboration and new business initiatives.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and maintain momentum across multiple projects.

Working days & hours: 5 days,9am to 6pm

Salary Range: $4500 - $5500

Job Scope:

• Build & maintain client relationships
• Lead campaigns and projects, from product launches and media events to celebrity partnerships, regional activations, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage media, talent representatives, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed smoothly and professionally.
• Understanding client objectives, budgets, and commercial priorities while recommending solutions that create value for both the client and the agency.
• Manage celebrity public relations initiatives, including media engagements, interview coordination, and press events.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships through strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and new business initiatives.
• Anticipate challenges, solving problems proactively, and maintaining momentum across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and sudden changes

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in account management, public relations, talent management, integrated marketing, advertising, entertainment, communications, or events.
• Experience in a public relations, communications, advertising, marketing, entertainment, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or talent management agency environment is preferred.
• Travelling required, depends on project requirements.
