You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand ethos are upheld and campaigns meet performance goals. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or have 1–2 years in an advertising setting, with strong communication, project management, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years’ experience in an advertising agency or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and identify clients’ communications needs
• Manage day-to-day client communications and requests
• Work closely with the wider consortium to deliver 360 solutions
• Coordinate projects, timelines, deliverables and approval processes
• Prepare clear briefs and consolidate client feedback for internal teams
• Ensure work is delivered accurately, on time and in line with client expectations
• Identify client growth opportunities
• Help ensure campaigns reach their performance goals
• Monitor campaigns and content performance with the aim of optimising results
• Stay up to date with digital, social media and cultural trends
• Maintain accurate records of budgets, contact reports, timelines and campaign reports
• Support the development of presentations and new business proposals
