Job summary

WPP Production in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to support the account management team, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns across clients and internal teams.

You will work with creative, strategy and production colleagues, monitor timelines and budgets, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, deliver timely status updates, and maintain high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year or internship in account servicing or advertising.
• Experience using AI tools to support workflow optimization, operations, or campaign execution.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Management in day-to-day client communications and project coordination.
• Prepare project status reports and follow-ups for alignment across teams.
• Assist in developing briefs for creative, strategy, and production teams.

• Use AI-driven solutions across campaign execution, reporting, and internal workflows
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, production, tech) to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with actionable insights
• Manage administrative tasks including documentation, invoicing coordination, and project tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Min 1 year or prior internship experience in account servicing, marketing, or advertising agency environment
• Practical experience using AI tools to support workflow optimization, operations, or campaign execution
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
