Job summary

FRT MANUFACTURING & TRADING CO. PTE LTD is hiring a Senior Account Executive to oversee full accounting cycle, including monthly closings, AR/AP, and financial reporting. You will coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero or MYOB. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.

• At least 3 years+ experience in handling full set accounts.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and multitasking skills.
• Able to adapt to fast working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and ensure timely monthly closing

• Quotation of enquiry handling and phone calls
• Process Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, delivery orders, and quotations
• Manage Accounts Payable: record supplier invoices and arrange payments
• Liaise with external auditors and support annual financial audits
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting activities
• Some Ad hoc duties
