Job summary

PTC is seeking an ambitious salesperson to drive ServiceMax growth across ASEAN. The role involves selling cloud-based software solutions, managing enterprise accounts, and leading the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Travel will be required as part of engaging with large customers and partners.

You will engage executives and IT leaders, build a strong pipeline, and forecast accurately using Salesforce. This is a strategic, quota-driven role within a global software company.

PTC’s ServiceMax is seeking an ambitious salesperson to drive and grow our presence in ASEAN and . this role will require:

Responsibilities

• To achieve assigned quota by selling ServiceMax software solutions to companies within whitespace targeted accounts as well as within the PTC Digital Thread customer base alongside your counterparts.
• Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts
• Drive the full sales cycle. Lead multiple sales engagements and move the client entirely through a value-based sales process to successful close.
• Forecast accurately by maintaining comprehensive opportunity profiles and communicating up-to-date information using Salesforce.com.
• Develop successful relationships with key partners, executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO), and departmental managers. Working closely to identify, qualify and close new business opportunities.
• Own your account list and the activity therein.
• Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients; and strategize, present, and demonstrate the value and fit with our solution.
• Build a strong customer pipeline management to drive predictable outcomes.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proven track record carrying and exceeding enterprise SaaS quota, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across ASEAN.
• Travel required.
• A passion for winning together in collaboration with the broader team with high customer focus.
• Experience managing your business on a monthly basis vs. quarterly / yearly.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with large enterprise senior line-of-business and IT executives, as well as operational managers.
• An organized, detailed and metrics driven approach to drive the sales cycle from appointment to close.
• Field Service Management or Asset Service Management experience
• Experience working with system integrators, consulting partners, resellers or ecosystem partners to source, develop and close enterprise opportunities.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, equipment, medical devices, energy, utilities or high-value asset industries
• Ability to connect service transformation to revenue, uptime, technician productivity, customer experience and asset performance

Experience

• 3+ years selling to large enterprise and/or commercial accounts.
• Experience leveraging a variety of prospecting tools and techniques.
• MEDDIC and/or Command of the Message experience a plus.
• Proven track record as an account executive selling SaaS Enterprise Software.
