Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service professional to assist clients with motor accident claims and related inquiries in Singapore. You will manage claim submissions, liaise with insurers, surveyors and workshops, and track approvals and vehicle repairs.

The role requires clear communication in English and Mandarin, strong organization, and the ability to multitask. Prior exposure to automotive or insurance claims is advantageous but not mandatory, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive or insurance claims is an advantage, but not compulsory!
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to assist English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with motor accident claims and enquiries.
• Handle insurance claim submissions and documentation.
• Coordinate with insurers, surveyors and workshop teams.
• Follow up on claim approvals and vehicle repairs.
• Keep customers updated on their claim status.
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain records.
