Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD seeks an experienced ACBS SME to support a core banking transformation in Singapore. The role covers hands-on lending, solution design, integration, testing, migration, and cutover, working with business, tech, architects, and product vendors.

You will drive requirement analysis, ISD creation, and end-to-end solution validation, ensuring successful SIT/UAT and go-live readiness across multiple interfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with core banking transformation/implementation.
• Proven ACBS implementation experience in a commercial lending environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending lifecycle: origination, servicing, disbursement, repayment.
• Experience integrating lending platforms with GL, accounting, reconciliation and payments.
• Ability to drive solution design, ISDs, documentation, testing, and sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Drive ACBS requirement analysis and To-Be solution design across loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment.
• Design and support integrations between ACBS, GL/accounting, payment systems, and upstream/downstream apps.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with business, architecture, technology, and vendor teams to finalize solutions.
• Prepare and manage Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) and functional/technical design documentation.
• Support SIT/UAT, integration testing, defect triage, data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation.
• Engage with product vendors to validate capabilities, configurations, gaps, and integration requirements.
• Support cutover, go-live, hyper care, and proactive risk/issue management.

We are looking for an experienced ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) SME to support a core banking transformation program in Singapore. The role requires hands‑on expertise in commercial lending, solution design, integration, testing, migration, and cutover. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, solution architects, and product vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive ACBS requirement analysis and To-Be solution design across loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment.
• Design and support integrations between ACBS, GL/accounting, payment systems, and upstream/downstream applications.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with business, architecture, technology, and vendor teams to finalize solutions.
• Prepare and manage Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) and functional/technical design documentation.
• Support SIT/UAT, integration testing, defect triage, data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation.
• Engage with product vendors to validate capabilities, configurations, gaps, and integration requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with substantial hands‑on experience in core banking transformation/implementation.
• Proven hands‑on ACBS implementation experience in a commercial lending/core banking environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of the commercial lending lifecycle including origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment.
• Experience integrating lending platforms with GL, accounting, reconciliation, payment, and downstream systems.
• Strong experience with MQ, REST/SOAP APIs, file‑based interfaces, data mapping, and integration design.
• Proven ability to independently drive solution design, ISDs, documentation, testing, and stakeholder sign‑off.
