Elsevier Health is seeking an Academic Success Manager to drive retention and growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and South Korea. You will build trusted relationships with academic leaders and support ongoing adoption of Elsevier Health education solutions.

The role emphasizes onboarding, faculty enablement, and demonstrating value through usage insights, with upsell opportunities across existing accounts and collaboration with Sales, Product, Training and Support teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, academic engagement or education technology.
• Experience engaging universities, medical schools, nursing schools or healthcare education institutions would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Drive customer retention and renewals with proactive relationship management and renewal risk mitigation.
• Build trusted relationships with academic leaders, faculty and decision-makers; identify academic champions.
• Drive product adoption and value realization by supporting onboarding and ongoing adoption and gathering usage insights.
• Deliver faculty training and enablement through online and in-person demonstrations, trainings and workshops.
• Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with EPSM and Esales teams to expand existing subscriptions and usage.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Training and Customer Support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
