Job summary

Elsevier Health seeks an Academic Success Manager to drive retention, renewals and growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Korea. You will partner with universities and medical schools to ensure adoption of Elsevier Health education solutions, enable faculty, and demonstrate ongoing value through usage insights.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Training and Support teams to maximize satisfaction, expand subscriptions and nurture institutional partnerships, while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business or related.
• 5 years of experience in customer success or education technology.
• Experience engaging universities or healthcare education institutions.
• Fluent in English; Korean language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer retention and renewals, minimize churn and secure renewals.
• Build trusted relationships with academic leaders, faculty and decision-makers.
• Drive product adoption and value realization through onboarding and usage insights.
• Deliver online and in-person faculty training and enablement sessions.
• Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with sales teams.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing and Support for a consistent customer experience.
