Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn with an eye for detail.
• Adaptable with a positive work attitude.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Studies to oversee course planning, submissions, reviews, curriculum planning and timetabling matters.
• Manage course registrations and allocations; handle appeals and advise on learning pathways.
• Generate course allocations and statistics for review of the academic programme.
• Track students’ academic data (plans, progress, completion).
• Facilitate BOE processes and submission of exam reports.
• Serve as point of contact for academic initiatives and reviews.
• Coordinate outreach activities (Open Day, career fairs, tours).
• Recruit and train student ambassadors.
• Strategize and build the College’s branding and identity in line with its vision.
• Develop and procure collaterals and publicity materials for outreach.
• Maintain College website and social media platforms.
• Undertake other duties as required.
