Job summary
Our Special Story is seeking passionate individuals to work as ABA therapists, helping children with autism reach their highest potential through evidence-based sessions.
You will receive comprehensive ABA training, conduct home-based 1-on-1 sessions, and shadow students in mainstream schools while collaborating with a supportive team.
Fresh graduates welcome; full-time Mon–Fri 9am–6pm; salary SGD 2,600–2,800 monthly, transport allowance provided.
Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Education, or related studies.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fun, loving and energetic.
- Enjoy working with children.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to conduct home based therapy in various locations (Transport allowance provided).
Responsibilities
- Provide home-based 1-on-1 sessions.
- Provide school shadowing services to children in mainstream schools.
- Teach children with autism using ABA principles.
- Assist Case Supervisors during group classes.
- Receive regular training and supervision.
- Work with a supportive, passionate and fun team.
- Gain meaningful satisfaction and fulfilment working with children with special needs.
