Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Coordinator for our Changi site.

Salary ranges from $3,500 to $5,500+ per year with yearly bonus, project incentives, and a $50 phone allowance. Working hours are 6 days with alternating Saturday offs, 8:45am–6pm, location at Changi Terminal, Singapore. The role involves coordinating and ensuring progress and quality of architectural works, assisting the Project Manager with scheduling quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction industry as Architectural Coordinator
• Must willing to work 2 full Saturday per month

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and assist the subcontractors on the progress of work.
• Review architectural drawings for conflicts with structural/M&E and liaising with consultants to resolve such conflicts.
• Assist the Project Manager on planning of schedule for calling of quotes from relevant subcontractors / suppliers and to ensure the accuracy of drawings and information supplied.
• Coordinator will be responsible for progress and quality of architectural works.
