Job summary

Recruit Express is hiring a 6 Months Contract Patient Service Associate - Inpatient Wards to be outsourced to our client from a reputable healthcare organization, located in the West of Singapore.

Responsibilities include assisting with payment collection, financial counselling, discharging procedures, and arranging follow-up appointments, with shifts from 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm. Minimum N Level/NITEC/Diploma, starting December 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Level / NITEC / Diploma.
• Able to commit to a 6-month contract starting December 2026.
• Able to work any 5 days per week.
• Must be able to work both shifts: 9am-6pm and 11am-8pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients.
• Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay and charges.
• Perform discharging procedures for patients.
• Obtain follow-up appointments for inpatient patients.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
